The common way of lubrication is the manual way of using oil can and nozzle. Depending on the rotating parts or attached to the shaft of the oil disc, oil flapper, etc., oil in the oil pool will be thrown up, so that the oil splashes down to the lubrication parts of the splash oil injection. The oil is carried up by the oil ring and oil chain sleeve on the shaft for lubrication. Use the siphon principle and capillary function to achieve lubrication, mainly used for low speed, light load mechanical lubrication oil rope, oil pad lubrication. A forced feed of oil lubricated by intermittently pressing the oil into the lubricating point with a pump. After the oil is ejected and atomized by compressed air, it is sent to the lubrication point. The lubricating oil precipitates out in the saturated state and adheres to an oil film on the friction surface to lubricate it. This is called mist lubrication. The oil pump is used to obtain a certain pressure, and then the oil is conveyed to the lubrication points. Used lubricating oil is returned to the oil tank, cooled, filtered and then used for circulating pressure lubrication.
For the conveying machinery, especially the conveying machinery with large workload and high work difficulty, we take the hoist as an example. The lubrication materials and cycle used in different parts are also different, as shown in the figure below:
We all know that the function of each part of the hoist is not the same, its role and function and the workload is also different, so the way of maintenance is also different. The choice of the hoist lubrication method not only requires us to have a good understanding of the hoist equipment, the standard of good lubrication system is: lubrication system oil quality is qualified, the oil quantity is appropriate, the oil pressure is normal, the oil circuit is smooth, the oil ring rotation is flexible, the lubrication system does not leak oil.
